Each year, Shrine Church of Our Lady of Solace partners with the Diocese of Brooklyn in the Annual Catholic Appeal, which funds essential ministries and programs serving countless individuals and families across Brooklyn and Queens. This initiative benefits our parish while also sustaining works of mercy and faith that no single parish could carry out on its own.

The Annual Catholic Appeal aims to raise a minimum of $8 million to fund essential programs and ministries across the Diocese while supporting the local initiatives of parishes like ours.
At Shrine Church of Our Lady of Solace, our goal is $30,805.
Once we surpass this goal, 100% of the additional funds raised will be returned directly to our parish.
